These terms and conditions stipulate products, services and policies pertaining to the STILL Bathrooms brand. By using this website, you, the user, hereby agree to the terms and conditions as stipulated below.

 

1. GENERAL

STILL cannot be held responsible on rare occasions should products be discontinued due to the drop in the demand thereof Clients/installers unsure of the installation of certain parts are urged to ask their consultant for advice prior to the installation of the product. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to goods on-site. We cannot be held liable for any faulty installations or uphold guarantees by faulty installations by other parties.

 

2. PAYMENT

 

2.1 COD Clients

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders with the balance payable on arrival of goods in the warehouse before final delivery.

All other cash sales will require full payment on acceptance of the order.

All goods that are being held for a client must be paid in full before being invoiced and put into storage.

2.2 Account Clients

Payment to be effected strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions governing your account facilities with STILL.

We reserve the right to uplift or remove all goods supplied if any of our terms and conditions are breached.

All goods remain the property of STILL until paid in full Interest of 2% per month will be charged on all overdue accounts.

2.3 Pricing Policy

All prices are subject to the Euro/Rand exchange rate. Any fluctuations in the exchange rate may affect the prices quoted.

The order and price will be confirmed and fixed once payment has been received in full Orders will only be processed once the client has accepted the quotation.

All quotations are valid for 10 days only.

We reserve the right to refuse a quotation or sale if the price of a product was accidentally incorrectly listed on our website.

 

3. DELIVERY & DESPATCH

 

3.1 Order Processing

Order processing times vary depending on product supply and finish.

Although the lead time for goods shipped by sea freight is estimated at an average of 8 – 12 weeks, we cannot guarantee or commit to this or any shorter period due to the volatile and uncertain nature of the shipping industry and various other unforeseen influences.

4. RETURNS AND CLAIMS

 

4.1 Returns Policy

Clients may cancel their orders within 7 days of an order being placed. Should items be returned, they must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

The cost of the return is for the client’s account Products returned are subject to a 15% handling fee.

Return of items will only be accepted on selected items and if pre-approved by STILL Returned items will only be accepted if the condition of the product is in its original form, undamaged and intact.

All sale (reduced) items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

No claims will be recognized unless made in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

 

5. INSTALLATION AND DESIGN SERVICES

The installation of one of our products and the accompanying design is as important to us as the product itself.

While we do not to installation or design ourselves, we will be more than happy to recommend someone independent of STILL to assist with your installation and design needs. Our recommendations all know our products well and will take care in the installation or design thereof.

We have a comprehensive list of installers and designers who know our products.

We will assist in any way possible in connecting the client and installer/designer.

 

6. AFTER SALES CARE

After the sale of a product, our team will support you and resolve any issues you may encounter Should you have any questions or need assistance, you are more than welcome to contact our showroom at any time for after-sales care assistance.
