Delivery timeframes are a guideline and are subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Still’s reasonable control.

Working day means Monday-Friday, excluding official public holidays.

Still is currently unable to support time slot delivery.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on the Still website are in South African Rand and are exclusive of applicable sales taxes. The total cost, including any applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout. Still accepts payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

By purchasing a product online from Still, you agree to pay an amount totalling the sum price of each product ordered at the time you make the order, the cost of delivery, and any subsequent fees required.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Items must be returned to their original point of purchase. Regrettably, we are unable to accept online returns for products purchased in a Still store, speciality retailer, department store or elsewhere.

Should you make an error when ordering online, Still will gladly refund or exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase up to 48 hours from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the delivery and additional postage charges.

Goods returned are subject to a 20% handling fee. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM / SPECIAL ORDERS’
